County Licenses

The County Clerk's Office is responsible for the issuance of county auctioneer licenses and liquor licenses.

Auctioneer Licenses

For auctioneer licenses, an application must be completed with the County Clerks Office. Upon approval of the Saline County Commission, the license will be issued by the County Clerk's Office to the applicant.

Liquor Licenses

For liquor licenses, applicants must first obtain their license(s) from the State of Missouri Division of Alcohol an Tobacco Control. A copy of the license(s) must then accompany the county application, a copy of the applicant's photo ID, a county merchant's license (when applicable), and the appropriate license fee to secure a county liquor license form the County Clerk's Office.
